What a helpfull big sister.

Dahlia loves to help mommy with the baby. I think she just wants him to be like one of her baby dolls. But I guess that's normal.
Here she is pushing him in the stroller around the house. It helps that we don't have any furniture yet for her to run him into.
She's very good about making sure he always has a toy to chew on. Just as long as it isn't one of her books. That baby loves to eat books. I'll have to get him some of those waterproof bath time books.
And if mom really needs a break she would be just tickled pink to help feed him. If only I could get them to play nicely together and share toys. But I suppose every parent has that problem.

Welcome to the Sunshine State

I think they should change the Florida's tag line to the Venomous Spider State. I don't even think it would take away much of the overwhelming appeal of Disney World. I keep telling Dahlia that Mickey Mouse lives down the street. So anyway we haven't been keeping up with the lawn out back, so now our yard is breeding ground for all manner of beasties. Black Widows (and their eggs) Brown Recluses, which I think I saw on the slider a week ago and it was the biggest M F'in spider I have ever seen next to a Tarantula. If I see it again I'll try and get a picture so you all can have nightmares with me!

On a happier note we found a playground in our area. Just down the street, nice big field, bike path.
